First Visit
On your first visit to Fistler Chiropractic, you should expect to be in the office approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Your initial visit requires a new patient physical and required paperwork. If you wish, you may stop in or call our office and have the required documents emailed to you to fill out ahead of time. You may also download and print the forms by following the links below.
Insurance
Here are a few of the insurance plans that we are able to accept. If yours is not listed, please call the office and speak with one of the staff members to see if your visit will be covered by insurance. You can also go to your insurance company’s website and search for us under the “Find A Provider” tab to see if we are credentialed with your insurance plan.

No Insurance
Many patient’s pay out of pocket for chiropractic care as it is cost effective. However, if you have limited or no insurance coverage for chiropractic care, we can arrange accommodations if needed. You can still receive the care that you need with a flexible payment plan.
